Odyssey trainers motivate clients by setting goals, providing feedback and holding clients accountable. Our trainers measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments performed before an exercise program is created to ensure safety and progress. Odyssey trainers educate their clients on their individual wellness needs, including general health and nutrition guidelines and exercise routines. Our training staff works with our RN and physical therapy team to create a holistic program that is safe and effectve for each individual.
